Kamo Mphela’s ‘Dalie’ Hits 1.86 billion views on TikTok

The popular song by Mzansi singer and dancer Kamo Mphela has apparently received 1.86 billion views on TikTok.

The world is currently ruled by piano music. Kudos to Kamo Mphela for taking over the world with her most recent hit song, “Dalie.” Since its release, the song has been performing well, and the Dalie Challenge has also been a huge hit.

Recent sources state that “Dalie” has received over 120 million likes and over 1.86 billion views on TikTok. In addition, 9.5 million people have viewed the #daliechallenge.

Kamo recently talked about how the platform has helped her stay true to herself and make connections with like-minded others. Says she,

“We can express our creativity, celebrate authenticity, and connect with like-minded people on TikTok.” The encouragement and motivation I’ve received for “Dalie” and the #daliechallenge is greatly appreciated.

Speaking about the response to the song, she said, “I crafted this love song on an up-tempo Amapiano beat, and the incredible response has left me profoundly grateful. The encouragement I’ve received fuels my passion, enabling me to share my creativity with the world.”

Recently, Mphela also unveiled a partnership with Maybelline New York, a cosmetics company.
