Most women want to live long lives and be buried by their kids. There’s a solid reason why they wouldn’t want to bury their own children. However, plans and desires don’t always come to pass in reality.

For Lynn Forbes, the mother of the deceased South African musician AKA, this has been her reality. On February 10 of last year, her life took a terrible turn when her rapper son was killed in Durban’s streets.

Just as the singer was leaving Wish Restaurant on Florida Road, an assassin appeared and shot him in the head, killing him instantly.

Naturally, accepting that her son is no longer with her has been difficult. As a result, she pays tribute to him whenever she has the chance.

These actions are frequently shared online by her admirers as well as those of her late son, who seems to have developed a greater interest in his legacy after his passing.

Unsurprisingly, the majority of them appeared in her post’s comment area when she talked about her late son, pointing out that mourning is a part of everyday life and that knowing he is no longer with us causes pain every day.
